Jags' softball team beats ULM in Game One of doubleheader

(Mobile, AL)--Jaguar pitcher Devin Brown tossed a 4-hitter while striking out 10 as South Alabama beat Louisiana-Monroe 6-1 in game one of a Friday doubleheader. The War Hawks scored a run in the first inning before the jags scored six unanswered to complete the easy win. Hannah Smith and Katelyn Gruich each had two hits. Saturday's expected severe weather forced today's doubleheader, they will play the series finale Sunday beginning at 1:00pm.
