(Mobile)--Despite a productive career and shining in January's Senior Bowl, South Alabama defensive back Jeremy Reaves went undrafted this weekend. However, the former Jaguar will get a chance to play in the NFL after signing with the Super Bowl championship Philadelphia Eagles as a free agent Saturday. Reaves was named the Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2017 after collecting 104 tackles, 7 of them for loss, 3 interceptions and 3 forced fumbles. He played in the Senior Bowl recording 8 tackles and an interception, however was not invited to the NFL Combine. Reaves lacks the measurables NFL teams look for, but it's hard to argue with his production.

Tight End Gerald Everett was selected in the 2nd round by the Los Angeles Rams last year and remains the only Jaguar player ever drafted in the program's 9-year history.
