Alabama's First Class Pre-K tops nation for 12th year
ALABAMA (WPMI) —
For the twelfth year in the row, Alabama's First Class Pre-K program is tops in the country.
The National Institute for Early Education Research just released its annual report, and more than 14,000 4-year-olds are enrolled in the program.
Alabama, Michigan and Rhode Island were the only three states that met or exceeded all ten benchmarks for Pre-K programs.
