Man accused of hiding gun after Tuscaloosa shooting
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WPMI) —
New details have been released about a man charged in connection with a shooting outside "Another Broken Egg" in Tuscaloosa.
According to court documents, Javaris Dubose worked for a company in charge of watching mentally ill patients.
Despite requiring 24-hour supervision police say Dubose left his patient in his vehicle Sunday with a loaded firearm.
That patient fired a shot injuring a University of Alabama student in the crowd.
Dubose now charged with tampering with evidence.
This after police say he tried to get rid of the gun and shell casings.
