Williamson High School breaks ground on new wing named after inventor of the Super Soaker
MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) —
Distinguished Williamson High School alumni, community members and a number of elected officials packed into the school’s gym Monday for a special groundbreaking ceremony.
Officials are gathered to break ground on a new wing at Williamson High School named in honor of Dr. Lonnie G. Johnson. Dr. Johnson, a graduate of Williamson High School, is most famous for his invention of the Super Soaker water gun.
