Teen accused of killing MPD officer in court on stolen gun charge
MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) —
Marco Perez, the teen accused of murdering Officer Sean Tuder, appeared in federal court Wednesday on a stolen gun charge.
The hearing was for the original federal gun charge that led to the search for Perez, ultimately ending in the death of Officer Tuder.
Wednesday, Marco Perez pleadd not guilty to possession of a stolen fire arm. The charge dates back to July of 2018.
A federal court judge revoked his bond on this charge during the hearing.
His trail is set to start in march.
