Search continues for missing woman from Virginia
EVERGREEN, Ala. (WPMI) —
The search will continue for Shari Saunders, the woman from Virginia who has been missing for almost two weeks.
Saunders was traveling from Virginia to visit family in Monroeville but never arrived.
She was last seen on surveillance video at a gas station in Evergreen on August 5.
Since then, no sign of Saunders other than the car hunters found in the woods over the weekend.
Officials are asking for volunteers to help assist in the search for the missing woman.
Authorities say volunteers should meet at 7:00 a.m. this morning in the parking lot of the Old minute stop and Huddle House off Interstate 65 at mile marker 69.
