School buses vandalized in Baldwin County causing $20k in damages
SUMMERDALE, Ala. (WPMI) —
Over the summer, the Baldwin County Public School system had 49 bus windows shot with what appears to be a BB or pellet gun at their Summerdale bus lot.
It costs $400 to replace a window. Repair has cost about $20,000.
Those buses and all buses are ready to go for the first day of school.
A report was filed with law enforcement. Since that incident, real-time video surveillance has been set up at the bus yards.
