Probation revoked for Vigor High School shooter


    Probation revoked for Vigor High School shooter (MCSO)

    Probation was revoked for Vigor High School, Marquis Love today.

    Love was charged with attempted murder in 2016 for allegedly shooting a student outside of Vigor High School. The student was shot in the abdomen and later recovered from his injuries. Today he also pled guilty to 1st degree Assault.

    Police say a dispute over money led up to the shooting.

    "A probation revocation hearing was held today for Marquis Love who was involved in a shooting at Vigor High School in 2016. The defendant pled guilty to Assault 1st. Today, PROBATION WAS REVOKED due to the defendant incurring new charges after his release from custody," Mobile Da tweeted this afternoon.
