Prichard Police investigating fatal shooting on Reynolds Avenue

Prichard, Ala. (WPMI) — According to officials with the City of Prichard, a man was shot and killed on Reynolds Avenue Saturday night.

Officials say police were called to the are in reference to a possible shooting.

When they arrived, first responders located a male victim with a fatal gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.

That victim was later identified as 38-year-old Joseph Michael Walker.

MCSO Crime Scene Investigators were then notified and responded to the scene.

This is an ongoing investigation.
