PPD: Car used in deadly hit-and-run found, suspect identified
PENSACOLA, Fla. (WPMI) —
The search for a white Dodge Challenger that was involved in a deadly hit-and-run is now over.
The car used in the hit-and-run that left a baby and a woman dead has been found.
Last Wednesday a Dodge Challenger hit and killed a 28-year-old woman and a 8-month-old baby while they were walking on Cervantes Street.
The baby's mother was hit as well but survived.
The Pensacola Police Department confirmed last night that they found a white Dodge Challenger on "T" and Bobe Street.
The vehicle has been impounded and taken in as evidence.
PPD have identified the suspect as Marqueis Wallace.
