According to Mobile Police on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at approximately 4:08 p.m. police responded to the 1300 block of Middle Ring Road in reference to the report of a disorderly and shots fired complaint.

The victim stated he and a known subject were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical.

The victim stated the subject he was having the altercation with walked across the street and called for a second subject to come to the location.

That second subject was later identified as 21-year-old Kobe Crawford, featured on billboards across the Mobile area as rapper NoCap.

The victim then stated Crawford arrived at the location being driven by his sister. The victim stated Crawford pulled a gun and started firing at him as he ran into the house. The residence was struck multiple times. Crawford then fled in the vehicle in which he had arrived in.

Through the course of the investigation, Crawford was identified by the victim as the subject that fired shots into the residence. Crawford is wanted for Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling and Reckless Endangerment.

There were no report injuries as a result of the shots fired.
