Mobile hosts St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer
MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) —
September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and according to Saint Jude Hospital, about 175,000 children under 14 worldwide are diagnosed with cancer every year.
To help raise money for the children of St. Jude, Mobile has hosted is the St. Jude Walk/Run To End Childhood Cancer.
NBC 15 News was proud to participate to help bring awareness to the fight of childhood cancer.
The walk/run was held Saturday morning at Battleship Memorial Park.
