Police received a complaint related to unlawful imprisonment and sexual abuse from a home in Theodore and have 3 subjects detained.

While the complaint specifically has no reference to Danniella Vian, police say there is a connection with the missing Mobile woman and the property itself.

Jason Corey Dykes was arrested and charged with domestic violence (strangulation or suffocation), domestic violence 3rd (assault 3rd), and unlawful imprisonment 2nd.

According to the criminal complaints filed in Mobile District Court, Jason Corey Dykes is accused of locking a former girlfriend in a room several times over the course of a month. The lock was on the outside of the door.

Dykes is also accused of hitting the victim with a whip and choking her with a “rod with an attached cord”, according to the complaint.

According to MPD, Vian was last seen July 17, 2018 in the 3500 block of Government Blvd.

If you know where she is, please notify the Mobile Police Department at 251-208-7211.
