Hearing to determine mental state of accused Wilmer murderer
MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) —
A hearing today determines if the Wilmer man accused of murdering his mother and burying her under their porch will undergo a mental evaluation.
That mental evaluation would see if Nathaniel Sebastian was mentally competent at the time of the alleged crime.
Sebastian was arrested in 2017.
He's accused of killing his mother Susan Mayo, stuffing her body in a 55 gallon drum and putting it under the porch of their home.
