Alabama bus driver's DUI case charges cleared
HOOVER, Ala. (WPMI) —
A Hoover, Alabama bus driver, charged with DUI, had his case dismissed Wednesday after what's being called "an error".
Authorities say: Mark pierce completed his DUI deferred program requirements and payments of the court costs.
Back in January, he was arrested for driving under the influence after crashing a Hoover city school bus.
Officials say his application into the DUI deferred program was accepted in error.
