MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — Did you know that Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are the most commonly reported STDs in the U.S.?
CCR is currently enrolling in a clinical research trial using an investigational gel to potentially prevent Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.
-be between the ages of 19-35
-have been diagnosed with Chlamydia or Gonorrhea in the last 4 months
Qualified participants will receive study-related care overseen by Dr. Danilo Herrera at no cost and compensation for time and travel.
Dr. Danilo Herrera is the study doctor who will oversee the care of each patient enrolled. Dr. Herrera is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN). Dr. Herrera has been practicing medicine since 1980, with his current private practice (Bay Area Physicians for Women) located on the campus of Springhill Medical Center. Dr. Herrera has been conducting clinical research at CCR since 2003.
