Funeral services are being held right now for 12-year-old Naomi Jones.

Family, friends and community members gathered at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church to pay their respects to Naomi Jones.

Family and friends arrived with Naomi's casket around noon.

Many people at the funeral were wearing pink in reference of Hello Kitty, Naomi's favorite cartoon character.

A lot of people also have Naomi's name on custom shirts.

Naomi's case spurred support from people throughout the community in days she was missing.

Dozens of volunteers, alongside Escambia county search and rescue crews, helped scour miles for any signs of Naomi.

Hundreds of those affected also turned out to her vigil once her body was found.

Tarai Jones, Naomi's grandmother, said it's that support that is helping her family get through this time.

Jones said Naomi loved to dance and had a strong faith in God.

A gofundme page named "In Memory of Naomi Jones" has been set up to help the family with funeral expenses.
