Former Mobile County Sherff's Deputy Lieutenant Paul Pailey was indicted on charges of rape, sodomy, sexual abuse last week, and he bonded out just two hours after being arrested.

Bailey made his first court appearance Monday morning.

The DA's office wanted to add a condition to the bonds against Bailey, imposing a no-contact order for his son, who is 14. The District Attorney's office is concerned that the teen is in danger.

Judge Lockett denied the attempt, stating that the court is not changing any of the bond conditions that have already been set, Bailey's conditions are to wear electronic monitoring and to have no contact with the two alleged victims.

The DA's office says the alleged victims were Bailey's relatives.

The crimes allegedly occurred between the years of 2002-2010.

Bailey's trial date set for December 3rd.
