3 suspects arrested in Atmore double shooting
ATMORE, Ala. (WPMI) —
Three people have been arrested in the Atmore area after two men were found shot in the head, one dead, and another barely alive.
Northescambia.com cites jail records that show 37-year-old Christopher Stacey, along with his 18-year-old son Christopher , and 21-year-old Alexis Cane have each been charged with homicide.
The two victims were discovered in a rural area around 6:30 Sunday morning. Both had been shot in the head.
One man was found dead inside the bed of a truck that was pushed into brushy creek near Deer Creek Road, the other man was found on the side of the road clinging to life.
Deer Creek Road, where some go fishing, is now tainted by a murder scene.

The three suspects were found at their home and are being held without bond in the Escambia County, Alabama jail.
Police are searching for a possible motive behind these grusome shootings.
